Maintaining and understanding your duality of being his woman and fantasy

Maintaining and understanding your duality of being his woman and fantasy.

But the true essence of sexy and confidence is self care and maintenance of mind, body and soul.

Maintaining your sexy, should be part of your self love, self-worth and relationship maintenance. Just because you are working woman, business woman, mother, and daughter doesn't mean you have let yourself go. You shouldn't let heartbreak or comfortablity let your looks go from Queen to a slave.

A man or woman should never get too comfortable in a relationship, unless they are comfortable of losing them. I truly understand this... women are emotionally based beings. No one should ever give anyone, that much power over their mental  and emotional health with heart break or tolerance of toxic mistreatment. Heartbreak and depression changes people mentally and physically, because of the lack of self-care and developing self medicating addictions. Emotional eating and drinking doesn't solve your problems. You betta keep it sexy together. You should just channel that hurt into your workout. Don't let exes win!

Some men like big and sexy, it might be his low self esteem or his personal preference. But let's get a 100% real, does he worry about your blood pressure, diabetes, sugar levels, heart problems, and your thyroid gland? Women lose muscle, the older they get. See... I am kinda selfish, I don't want  my wife to die, before me.

I believe in unconditional love, but unconditional love doesn't condone an unhealthy lifestyle. I am about my  woman taking iron tablets, calcium, multivitamins, drinking adequate water and eating properly; most of the time.  Be your man private  porn star, muse, and beautiful goddess. Looks aren't everything, but The Creator give one vessel of flesh, take care of it and don't abuse it.
