You came naked, You will go naked.

You came naked,
You will go naked.
You arrived weak,
You will leave weak.
You came without money and things,
You will leave even without money and things.

Your first bath? Someone washed you,
Your last bath? Someone will wash you.

This is life!!!

So why so much malice, so much envy, so much hate, so much resentment, so much selfishness and so much pride?why, when we have to go empty handed?

BE KIND… We have limited time on Earth don’t waste it in uselessness

One of the biggest scams in the English language may be the term “nude

Image
One of the biggest scams in the English language may be the term “nude.” It brings to mind the “flesh”-colored Crayon of decades past, a peach hue that definitively did not describe all skin tones, much less most skin tones, yet was audaciously marketed as doing so. (In fact, that same shade is now called “peach.”) There’s a similar issue with purportedly nude-colored pantyhose, nylons, tights and the like. Nude for whom? Often, nylons that claim to be nude feature only one shade, a beige tone that only denotes nude coloring for white folks. We’ve compiled a list of sheer nylons that actually feature shades that cater to all skin tones, with budget picks and splurge-worthy options that reviewers swear by. The investment is sure to be worth it, especially since many of these picks are not only delightfully soft and comfy, but are also surprisingly rip-proof. And if you’re not yet a hosiery devotee? You may soon be. They help keep you warm in cold weather, make some folks feel more put-t...

king-leopold

Image
king-leopold Most people have no idea of who is pictured above, but you should. The sight of this man should cause a similar revulsion to that of seeing Mussolini, Mao, Stalin or Hitler, as he committed an African genocide that resulted in the killing of over 10 million people in the Congo. His name is King Leopold II of Belgium. Most of people never learned about him in school, and have also most likely never heard about him in the media either. This is because he’s not included in the popular narrative of oppression (which includes things like U.S. slavery and the Holocaust). King Leopold II is part of an ongoing history of colonialism, imperialism, slavery, and genocide in Africa that would clash with the popular social narratives taught in our school system today. It doesn’t fit neatly into school curriculums where, paradoxically, it is looked down upon to make overtly racist statements. However, it’s quite fine not to talk about a genocide perpetrated by European capitalist monarc...

There is a little known about area

Image
There is a little known about area just south west of Rothbury in Northumberland, England which was brought to my attention by friend Philip Malcolmson Stead who runs Ancestral Journeys, thank you good  sir. This is a place of incredible and impressive cairns which await the curious onlooker and which lie on the summits of the Simonside hills. Not only that but ancient rock art lie scattered within the vicinity of the Iron Age enclosure on Lordenshaw. Interestingly for a number of days close to the summer solstice which falls on the longest day of the year being of course the 21st June, the holed stone which also goes by the name of the Solstice stone or Thompson's stone offers an incredible view as the sun sets just a few degrees west of the Cheviot.  This area of Northumberland is packed full of prehistoric remnants which have stood the test of time as many other ancient sites have done all over the globe but here during midsummer one particular stone being the holed stone of...

The shock of the nude: Brazil’s stark new form of political protest

The shock of the nude: Brazil’s stark new form of political protest If ever there were a city where disrupting traffic felt like a political act, it would be São Paulo. Its 15 million inhabitants routinely take an hour to drive across town and can waste a month per year just  getting to and from work. So when the dancers of Cia. Les Commediens Tropicales step in front of the moving vehicles on Avenida Paulista, sashaying in their bright party dresses and sombre suits to a jazzy Brazilian beat, it feels like an act of defiance. In a street-theatre intervention entitled (See[]Have) Adrift, they lie on the tarmac, flirt with drivers and hitch lifts on the sides of trucks, turning the cars into reluctant dance partners. It’s the same when they snog on the pedestrian crossing in same-sex couples (with a nod to Banksy’s kissing coppers) as hooting taxis squeeze past. “We love the fight between the public and the traffic,” performer Carlos Canhameiro tells me later, remarkably uninjured. ...

Seventeen members of the giant family are under 18 years old, with Martha receiving financial support from her government for each child. 'I see being a mom like a business, practically,' Martha, who has conceived all of her kids with different men, said.Martha, from from Medellin, Colombia, is only 39 and says she plans to continue having children until her body physically cannot anymoreThe giant family live in a small, three bedroom house in Colombia, with the eldest child having to sleep on the sofa However, the busy mom says because she has so many children, the money she receives barely covers the cost of raising and caring for them. 'The truth is, as the government helps me for each child, I receive a little money for each one,' she explained. Martha said she gets the equivalent of $76 for her eldest children and around $30.50 for the youngest ones. It means that each month, the Colombian state pays her around $510 to care for her children. Martha also receives h...
