Naked woman 'high on drink and drugs runs across road after crashing car following cop chase'

Barbara Arellano, who is heard yelling "Jehova!" in the footage, had allegedly taken heroin and necked whisky before getting behind the wheel




A naked woman allegedly high on drink and drugs was filmed running along a road after she reportedly led police on a high-speed chase before crashing.

Barbara Arellano is said to have stripped nude and sped off at 100mph with officers in hot pursuit before crashing her car and running across the road.

When police tried to arrest her, she reportedly fought back, repeatedly shouting "Jehovah" as they wrestled her to the ground.

The incident, which happened on Saturday morning in Santa Fe, New Mexico, was captured by a dashcam.

The NPFL rapidly conquered most of Liberia except for the capital Monrovia, which came under the control of the Independent National Patriotic Front of Liberia (INPFL), a splinter group led by Prince Johnson. The INPFL captured and executed Doe in September 1990 and resisted attempts by the NPFL to take Monrovia, denying Taylor an outright victory and prolonging the war for years.
