 not easy to get naked in front of someone you just started dating. Yet, that's the entire premise of VH1's Dating Naked. In this new reality series,



 couples begin their courtship entirely in the buff. It's "romance with no pants," as the network dubs it. And, if this preview is any indication of what to expect from the dating challenge, we're definitely tuning in.

To promote the new show, ad agency Mistress choreographed a public scene in Los Angeles featuring dancers stripping down to create a sort of naked flash mob. What's so wonderful about the video is that it incorporates all body types, ages, and sexualities. Sure, the professional dancers have abs for days. But, it's also clear that the network wanted to show the realities of dating. Which means that we're not all totally ripped.
Check out the naked people dancing to "I'm Just Wild About Harry" in the clip below. Dating Naked premieres this Thursday, July 17 at 9 p.m. — which just happens to be prime nudie time.
