A Russian woman has died in the Dominican Republic after a car accident which involved her hanging out of the window on the passenger side while the driver recorded her on a mobile phone.

Natalia Borodina, 35, from Moscow, had taken her bikini off and was playing up to the camera, hauling her top half out of the car window while a friend was drivingThe shocking video sees the mother-of-one letting her upper body hang out of the window of the moving car, before she hits a lamp post.Ms Borodina is originally from Zlatoust, an industrial city in the Urals, but then moved to regional capital Chelyabinsk, before relocating to Moscow.

Recently she had been working in Cannes, France as an estate agent, selling properties to wealthy Russian buyers.

Friends said that her family is aware of her appalling death.

According to Rocket News, the Amrita — apparently the Sanskrit word for "immortality" — will hit Tokyo on July 29. Alfred Vivian Minchin (27th of January 1917 –  February 1998) was a British merchant seaman captured on the 28th of March 1942 when the SS Empire Ranger, a cargo ship that was part of a Murmansk convoy, was sunk off Norway by German bombers. The Murmansk convoy was an Arctic convoy that delivered war supplies to the Soviet Union. As a prisoner he joined the Waffen-SS’s British Free Corps, holding the rank of Sturmmann, meaning Storm man in English, and reportedly suggested the unit’s name. On the 8th of  March 1945, VE Day, he was in the SS hospital at Lichterfelde-West in Berlin being treated for scabies. After liberation he faced trial at the Old Bailey in London, and on the 5th of February 1946 he was convicted of conspiring to assist the enemy, receiving seven years’ penal servitude.
